Order Step

 Search items
  You search item on major web shop in japan.
Searching is very easy to use.
2.
 Submit Your Inquiry
  Submit Your request item and tell us item URL and serching site name and your shipping address by email.

If you use Web Mail, please copy & paste the following formats into your e-mail.

 Quotation for Your Inquiry
  We will make a quotation for total amount you will have to pay.
The overseas shipping charge is NOT included yet.
We will charge you actual shipping when your package is ready to ship.
The amount we quote is in Japanese Yen so the amount will not be changed.
You can decide whether you want the item at the price we quoted or not.

 Paying Your Total Amount
  If you agree to pay the total amount we quote, please pay by paypal.
The amount you will pay is in US Dollars calculated by our Today's Exchange Rate.
We start buying your item(s) after we confirm your FULL AMOUNT.
5.
 Shipping and Refund
  When we prepare all items you ordered, we will ship out your package as soon as possible.
We will let you know actual shipping charge when your package is ready to ship.

Sometimes, the items you wanted could sell out before we order the stores.
If this happens, we will refund 100% of your payment without taking any fees
Payment Term
1. Order Confirmation
Payments have to be made Full Amount in advance when you order shopping service.
We confirm your order when we receive full amount for the purchase.
We don't accept Payment Installments.
2. Payment Methods & Currency
We accept following payment methods for Shopping Service.
Paypal Currency: US Dollars (US$) only.
Amount Accepted: Depending on your Paypal account.
We take credit cards through Paypal as well.

3. Cancellation
We do not take any cancellations once we ordered or purchased items already.
We don't guarantee product satisfaction. We just purchase items on your behalf.
If we purchased wrong items, we will guarantee 100%.
4. Tax or Duty in your country
Customer has to take responsibility for import duty or taxes in your country.
